Handcrafted & Processing Time
Every Rustic Rebel hat is individually handmade and made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, plus additional shipping time.
Each design is freehand burned, meaning no two hats will ever be exactly alike. Variations are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

Shipping & Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, Rustic Rebel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All Sales Final / No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our hats, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Product Care & Natural Wear
Rustic Rebel hats are handcrafted and made with natural materials. Over time, slight changes in shape, texture, or wear may occur, especially with regular use or exposure to heat, moisture, or handling.
Rustic Rebel is not responsible for warping, reshaping, or natural wear and tear after delivery.

Color & Design Variations
Due to differences in screens, hat manufacturing and the handmade process, colors, shading, and design details may vary slightly from photos shown on the website.

Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details before checkout. Rustic Rebel is not responsible for errors in sizing, color selection, or design choices made at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Rare, but we’ve got you)
If your item arrives incorrect or significantly damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiptwith photos so we can review and make it right if applicable.
